Presentation prohibited

Hi there,

For some reason the CLID of the IP phones is sent over to the PSTN but with the information that presentation of the number is prohibited.

How can I change that ?

I think this one is going to take some looking into. I’d suggest calling Cisco and have them take a look at your debugs and configs.

Please make sure that the presentation bit in the gateway configuration page is set to "allowed". I believe setting it to allowed will enable the CO to send caller id.
