Hi
Ive upgraded my ccm server to version 3.3(3) from 3.12c but i have a problem when i reloeded my server. my ip phones 7940 are displaying a message file not found and they cannot start, they are looking in the tftp. the problem is that ive these files on my ccm server, yes the tftp is running in my server and i am manually onfiguring the ip phones im no using dchp! Any idea ???

Verify if the Auto-registration is enabled on the CCM and you are also trying to manually add them.If so, disable auto-registration. Also check the in CallManager Serviceability ->Tools -> Control center and the Tools -> Service Activation if the CCM service and TFTP service are all enabled. If this is not the case, it could be due to some configuration issues.
