J has installed SoftPhone ver.1.2 (2.2) on my laptop Fujitsu Simens Lifebook C with W2000. But cannot get any audio over the network.
Everything ells are working fine likes dialing in and out. J can hear de first dialing tone and also the ring tone, but when the connection is established no audio. Two different audio driver has been tested, headset on the built in audio card and also USB-headset. Same problem. Running CCM 3.1(1).
Is there anyone with some tip?

Hi,
I was using NAT and facing the same problem. I contacted TAC and they told me that they will have to check whether Softphone over NAT is supported or not.
So if you are using NAT then please confirm with TAC. Otherwise there should not be any problem.

No I am not using NAT. On a standard pc with NT4 SoftPhone is working fine. So I hope to get som more tip.
