SRST Assigning Only Certain Phones

I have got 50 IP Phones on one of my remote site running a 2620 voice gateway. With SRST can I select which 24 phones that I want to register if the CCM fails.

I need In particular to only get the reception and managers phones to register to SRST.

Yes, you can choose whether or not to enable SRST for certain phones.

In CM 3.1 and 3.2, it is a phone specific configuration parameter called "SRS Telephony" to enable or disable SRST, default is "Enabled".

In CM 3.3, you can configure SRST reference and then apply it to a group of phones at the Device Pool Level.

I've done it like this:

On certain phones go to settings of the phone and edit the default gateway to be of the router with SRST, and that enable too the SRST on the CM phone page.
