There's a number of ways to go. You can use an NM-HDV module with DSP's in it as transcoders using newer 12.2 code, you can use an MRP blade on an ICS7750, or a Cat6608 blade. If you've already got a PRI up using Cisco hardware, you can probably add DSPs to the module or card and use them as a transcoder. Sharing of DSP resources is allowed using newer 12.2 code.
