Hello, I am looking at deploying a cisco ISR router at another site, connected to a T1 line with a toll free number associated. Is it possible to use an existing PUB/SUB/IMP/UNITY environment to manage and route calls for this? Diagram below is what I am looking to implement. thanks

As long as you have connectivity between the two sites, sure, that's possible.

In addition to what @Jaime Valencia and @Nithin Eluvathingal have said, note that the T1 should be a data T1 and not a voice PRI or channelized.

As pointed out by @Jaime Valencia, if Site B has access to the UC applications in Site A, this setup is feasible.
Its also recommended to use SRST In the event that the connection to Site A is lost, the ISR router can switch to SRST mode. This allows local phones in Site B to register with the router and make outgoing calls via the PRI, as well as receive incoming calls. During SRST, calls to Site A can be routed through the PSTN connection.
