I'm running Unity 3.1.3. I have supervised transfer set with the number of rings set to a number of different options...3, 4, 5, even tried 15. But the phone rings twice during the transfer and that's it. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
What happens after the two rings? Do you then get the greeting of the subscriber you were calling? Any chance the phone is forwarding after that many rings?
Lindburgh, the attendant says let me transfer your call, you get two rings, and then the subscriber's greeting plays, so I'm guessing that it's going to their VM.
