I have a PIX-to-Router VPN with T1 internet connection on both. I have picturetel 600's and the quality is poor and eventually crashes my VPN. I can't due QOS on the PIX, is there anything else I can do to improve this link?

Is your internet VPN connection provided by the same carrier on either side and if so does this carrier provide any SLA's. If not your issue is due to the accumulated latency and jitter traversing the internet and there is very likely little you can do besides changing your network to either frame, ATM, or dedicated unless you can find a carrier that will provide you an SLA end to end delay and jitter on their IP/VPN network.
