0 busying out

Normally when we press 0 it goes to the operator, now it busys out.<br><br>

Do you mean that callers hear a busy signal after dialing 0 in Unity? I am guessing that the extension that the Operator Call Handler transfers to is valid. What type of switch integration is this?

No before invoking Unity. When I pick up the phone and press 0 it's busying out.

Not sure how much help we can provide here. If there are problems when trying to dial 0 from within Unity, we can try to help. If you can't dial 0 outside of Unity, then there is a switch issue that needs to be looked at by the switch technicians. We can take a stab at helping out on that one if the switch is CallManager. What type of switch is being used?
