We have a Unity Server(Currently Ver 3.1.5) which has the main site users and a bunch of remote site users subscribed to it.We have had problems with the 0 out from the voice mail greetings going to the main site operator instead of the respective sites.Despite verifying the caller input 0 values for all the subscribers to their site operators and also customising the GoodBye handlers. There still seems to be issue with the 0-out to the wrong operator. It could be a wrong option pressed by the customer that defaults to the main site operator/main site greeting. Is this overcome in the multi tenant service.I understand it is supported in ver 4.0.1 and up.So if we upgrade to Unity 4.0.1 what would be the procedure to implement it.
