My Unity server is currently experiencing 100% CPU utilization.

AVCsMgr, AVGaenSvr and Services are eating up all CPU resources. Unity is working fine if you dial into it... it allows message retrieval.

Any ideas?

Try killing the GAEN service. This is the guy that's supposed to be monitoring the event log and calling/emailing/paging admins if there's a problem. By default none of the notification triggers are active but it's always monitoring the event log. There have been problems in previous versions with the event log clearing/cycling messages and throwing it off and putting it in a tight loop. If you're not using the ENU (Error Notification Utility) for anything, you can safely kill and disable this service.
