When I look at the UnityLicensing tool I see that the Cisco Unity Inbox subscribers is utilized at 1 with 0 licenses installed. What is this and how do I get rid of it? I can't have unity shutting down every 4 hours.
Most likely you upgraded Unity to 4.0 version. What happened is you have some subscriber with "Unity Inbox", but donot have a license for the Unity Inbox. And I think that one user is the EAdministrator.
Go into Unity SAWEB, and then Class of Service. Then select the Administrator COS, and then Licensing. You should see that Unity Inbox checkbox is checked. Uncheck that and you should be good.
