10th call problem

its appears that every 10th call into the CM has a problem, either there is one way voice or the call cannot be connected. is this likley to be a cm issure or GW/circuit issue?

what type of cm? what type of gateway & circuit(s) and how many calls simultaneous are attempted?

can you provide config of any ios gateway? or channels/config of CCM PRI(s)?

MGCP 2821 GW 90 Channel PRI, I think 5 simultaneous calls

90 channel PRI....

is this a single NFAS 'bundle' or multiple (CCS) PRIs?

with both, a good debug or close watch of channels in use would be a start. try to determine what channels are being selected for calls and if the 'failed' call happens on a specific channel or PRI.

also, verify channel selection configured for all PRIs in ccm admin. top down or bottom up? make sure they are all the same if possible. (especially if NFAS'd)
