1750 GW monitoring

i am planning to put up a voice gw to make distant calls

i want to monitor the gw to send alert if any thing goes off

in particular

if the gw router is down,or if dsp going timed out

or it should respond to any unsual results in the router

any body have a idea of it pls mail me at
