Hi I have a 1760V running as an MGCP gateway with a T1 connection to a PBX. The gateway registers with a 3.3 Call Manager. Every so often (weekly), calls will come in to the gateway (verified with 'debug vpm signal') and not complete, there is just silence.
The T1 controller is error free and I do see the caller ID digits so I'm wondering what I should check next.
It is available in the area of configuration in the CCM admin for the ISDN controller towards to the bottom of the page is the ISDN Type for that controller. Simply set to Unknown and reset the gateway. Then all ISDN messages should be sent with Type Unknown.
