2.4.5 Upgrade

we have Unity 2.4.5. Now we bought upgrade to 3.1. Old key is for LPT port. Does 3.1 supports LPT key? We did not receive new key with upgrade pack.

Second point. When I try to get upgrade license key from Cisco site, they ask about existing version. There was not option 2.4.5. The only 2.4.6

What should I point

Cisco Unity 3.1(x) does support the parallel port LPT dongle. It does not suprise me the software license web site does not have a selection for Unity 2.4(5) since Unity 2.4(5) was never sold by Cisco. I would just enter 2.4(6). The worsed that can happen is that it will not work in which case you are no worse off.
