Hello all.<br>I upgraded the above Unity version from TSP Release 3.0.3.0 to 6.01. I followed the instructions exactly as in the 6.01 Release Notes.<br><br>After the upgrade, I performed the Cisco Unity-TSP Test via the "Phone and Modem Options" Advanced Tab in Control Panel. I received the "No wave devices were found on the system..." message.<br><br>After the obligatory reboot and again running the Cisco Unity-TSP Test I still received the "No wave devices..."<br><br>Any ideas? I am new to Unity and the docs I have found end here.<br><br>

Is the "test" being run under a WTS session? If so, this is expected, and the error is incorrect. Try the "test" locally.

I am performing this test under a Windows Terminal Server session.
Will have the customer try the test locally on Monday.
