We have a client running Unity 2.4.6/Nortel Meridian/Calista integration, with 2 Exchange 5.5 servers in their Site. The Unity box does voice processing ONLY, with the other server handling all mailboxes. They would like to upgrade the Mailbox server to Exch2000. Is this supported? If so, any caveats or known issues?

Thanks again,

Brad P. Unity 2.4.6 uses the Exchange directory as its database. To make a long story short, once you setup the active directory connector its all over. The database gets completely trashed and the system is down for the count.
Unity 3.0 supports Exchange 2000 since we moved the database to SQL/MSDE. Your customer will need to move to Unity 3.0 before Exchange 2000.
