2.46 w/ 300 off box Unified Msging users

For Unity 2.46 with 12 ports. NT4 On box exchange and off box exchange unified with 300 users. Is this server enough 4-12 ports<br>Dell poweredge<br>Pentium III 1Ghz<br>256MB Ram<br><br><br><br><br>

I believe for 2.4.6 that meets the minimum requirements but I'd wonder about the RAM... I wouldn't do a 12 port system with less than 512 meg of ram myself.
