2 no's of IP telephones are not working at simultaneously in CE 500 switch

Hi,

We are newly installed Cisco Catalyst Express 500- 24 TT (WS-CE500-24TT)switch using for IP Telephony, I connected two no's of Cisco IP Telephones to switch. Problem is only one IP telephone is working at a time. Both IP Telephones are not working simultaneously what could the reason is any limitation in switch for IP Telephony applications.

The switch configuration everything is default configuration only.

Anybody face this problem please suggest me.

As you probably know this model is not POE, I am assuming you have power bricks right? Do you mean not working as they do not power up or do not gain IPS?

WS-CE500-24TT

24 10/100 ports and 2 10/100/1000Base-T uplinks

WS-CE500-24LC

20 10/100 ports, 4 10/100 PoE ports, and 2 10/100/1000Base-T or SFP uplinks

WS-CE500-24PC

24 10/100 PoE ports, and 2 10/100/1000Base-T or SFP uplinks

WS-CE500G-12TC

8 10/100/1000Base-T ports and 4 10/100/1000Base-T or SFP ports
