2600 analog GW not able to cut off call

Hi All

I have notice that my 2600gw call session is still running after i have hang up my phone. The other end also still active. How can i make sure that the session can be cut off when phone is on hook or end.thanks

Would you be using FXO ports to place the call ? If so , you will most likely be seeing a supervisory disconnect issue. Look here for more information and solutions -
