2821 compact flash problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with a compact flash of a router 2821, i tried to upgrade the IOS version or the router when i restarted the router went to rommon and it does not recognize the flash, it saids that there is no flash available on the router. Any idea on what to do? i have tried to recover from xmodem but i have the same anser no enough space for the ios file.
