Please Help. We have 7960s integrated with CM 3.3. When a user is on a call on their main line, and a 2nd call comes in on their second line, the caller ID does not show up on the screen for that 2nd incoming call. It was working fine for about 3 months, then all of a sudden it stopped. Do you have any fixes for this?

The problem is likely related to the phone load. Has there been load change in your network? What's the phone load you are using?

Sorry, these phones are brand new to me. Where would I find what time of phone load we are using? I do know that we had a memory and flash upgrade to our router recently to clear our echo issue that we were experiencing.
