Can you have a 2nd company # (1st number points to the Opening Greeting call handler)answer with a different greeting (call handler)?<br><br>For example, if people call 212-5700, the normal Opening Greeting call handler answers. Yes you can do this, provided the ANI information comes to Unity right. You will need to create a new rule and trigger it based on the ANI information to go to the new Call Handler that you have created.
