Can you have a 2nd company # (1st number points to the Opening Greeting call handler)answer with a different greeting (call handler)?

For example, if people call 212-5700, the normal Opening Greeting call handler answers. If people call 866-333-555, a different greeting plays for them somehow (& maybe different menu options available for them).

Thanks,

Kimberly

Yes you can do this, provided the ANI information comes to Unity right.
You will need to create a new rule and trigger it based on the ANI information to go to the new Call Handler that you have created.

The ANI info coming to Unity correctly depends on what? Whether the ANI information is programmed in the gateway correctly?
Once that is done, simply create a rule in Unity stating what? I know the rule will point those calls to a different call handler. But what else does the rule need to say?
