3.0 testing

Hi<br><br>I am testing an installation with unity 3.0 and exc 2k on a separate box. I<br>install exchange 2k on box A and on box B I install the first part of the setup<br>of unity. When I reboot and I go to the second part of the setup where I point<br>him to the exch 2k it complains that it cannot create profile . I did not have<br>outlook on there at all. I tried several things but in the end I installed<br>outlook on box B and after I did that it started working. Is this normal<br>behaviour of the setup?<br><br>Tnx<br><br><br>

Did you install the E2k admin tools on box B?
The windows mail control panel usually isn't set up for MAPI profiles until certain DLLs get registered... does Unity start up properly for you now?
