I was trying to upgrade a 3.11 installation to 3.12. Since AMIS is already setup (with Exchange 2000), i need to uninstall the the Exchange Voice Mail connector and all AMIS subscribers before the upgrade. However, when i attempted to delete the Exchange Voice mail connector, i got an error "Class doesn't support automation or does not support expected Interface". It happens even after i stopped the Unity Service from the desktop. So i wasn't able to proceed with the upgrade tonight. Let me know what seems to be the issue.

Systems Engineer
