3510 Issues

I am working with a customer to get their 3510 working over a network. The minute we add a fourth site in (all calls are at 256K-bandwidth is not an issue) the video freezes, the audio breaks up, etc. Is there some secret to the configuration that I am missing? I have had this problem before with the 3510, but I know that there are people out there using it.

Move to conference scheduling if you have not already done so.

The behavior you are seeing is not normal. Video quality issues could be caused by a number of factors. Most common...

NIC duplex mismatch on either the MCU or 323 terminal

Bad caps exchange at call-set-up

Not sure where scheduling is going to help a video quality issue as the prior post suggests.
