3640 and Lucent Excel Switch PBX

I'm trying to get a Lucent Excel switch to talk to my 3640 router for a toll bypass application. One end rings but after 2 rings, I get fast busy. I'm using primary-5ess for my switch type, ESF and B8ZS for framing and linecoding. I notice that when I get the fast busy after 2 rings, my D-Channel resets and correspondingly, all of my B-Channels go down. I was able to get my setup working (99%) using PRI on one end and T1 CAS on the other (but I hear static with the voice when the other end speaks.)

Has anyone got VOIP TollBypass to work with Excel?

I solved my own problem. In case anyone wants to know, I was able to get a Lucent Excel switch to work with my 3640 routers. I used PRI - 5ESS as the switch type.
