3745 gateway not register with gatekeeper h.323

I am trying to get a 3745 set up as a h.323 gateway to register to the gatekeeper set up on the same router. A show gatekeeper end ,

i see my mcu and video equipment registered.

a debug h225 asn1

does not show any rejection.

not sure what i am missing in the commands.

here is part of the config

you are missing the command "gateway" in global config mode.

Hi agopala,

I added the gateway in global, i also set the gatekeeper ip to the same ip as the gateway on the fas0/1. still show gateway shows not registered to gatekeeper, and no gateways ghow up in the sh gatekeeper end, only the video end points.

Is there anyway I can get on your routers? If possible that is great. Otherwise, I want to get a good look at "debug h225 asn1" (please send it to the buffer and then do a show log). Thanks!

Got it to register,

I set the gateway to use multicast instead if the fixed ipaddress since i only have 1 gatekeeper to find.
