i was doing a trial bulk addition of 3911 sip phones..i dont know why the job scheduler is saying pending..idont know where to find the reasons why..theres no where to see details as to why it is on pending..
pls help

This usually happens when the Cisco Bulk Provisioning service isn't started. Go to servicability, tools, service activation. Start the Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service then go check it.

it is activated..in fact bulk adding sccp phones was successful

Is it still pending? Have you gone to the job scheduler and tried to manually start it?
