My Personal Address Book (http://CM/ccmuser/personaladdressbook.asp) has given a 500 error ever since the CM 3.1 upgrade...
The CCMUser page itself and speed dials, etc work great - anyone know what could cause this? I've fixed 500s on asp pages with security before but it's in the same directory as the rest of the CCM ASP pages which are working so I thought maybe that wasn't it - but maybe that's a bad assumption... :-)

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer. Ken,
What type or ldap integration are you using? Imbedded ldap DCDirectory, AD, or Netscape?
Thank you,

There is a bug filed against behavior like this. I think you are running into CSCdv66134.
Thank you,

The problem that we had w/ the error 500 was that some of our users had alpha pin numbers ...we changed them to numbers (12345) and all worked fine ...let us know how this works for you
