It is an HW upgrade and you will have to invest money into.
The two top pizza trays above the E1 voice are the DSP trays.
Please let me know whcih cards you have.
You can open one of the DSP tray and see if on the main chip you recognize the C549 or C542 (largets chipest DSP).
Further more see if you have empty sockets.
If yes you will need to buy the following part AS53-VOXD.
Each slot gives you 4 DSP power.
