5300 IVR DigitCollect Timeout

Hello,

I am running an IVR on AS 5300 for prepaid calling card application. Everything works fine, except that the initial digits for account number must be entered very quickly or error prompt is played almost immediately. Has anyone experienced this issue? Does anyone know how we may correct it?

The tcl is: app_debitcard.2.0.2.4.tcl

The 5300 IOS is 12.2(2)XB6

FYI: Problem has been solved with a firmware upgrade for VFC controllers.
