Does it supported on 6608 blades ?
Do I need separate D-Channels if I have two PRIs ?

No.
Yes.
:)
NFAS is not supported on the 6608s therefore you will need a D channel on every PRI span.
Either way, NFAS provides no benefit unless you have MORE than 2 PRIs in the same group.
