7910 diversion and transfer

Can any one please help with the following scenario. I have a manager that does a call forward all to a secretary to screen calls. The secretary cannot call the manager back due to the call forward all, goes to voicemail. Both have 7910 phones and using Call manager 3.2 2c

The functionality you are trying to achieve can not be achieved by Call Forward all.

Option 1: Why dont have all the calls go to secretary directly ( instead of doing CFA ) and then she can transfer it to the manager.

Option 2: Configure a CTI Port, use that as Managers main no. Now forward it to Secretary or forward it to Manager as needed. Only thing is this needs to be done from CCM Admin Pages.
