7910 Phones dying during firmware upgrade

Hello,

I have had several 7910 phones die during an upgrade. They were on a CM 3.3 cluster running P00405000400 for the load. I migrated them to a 4.1 cluster running P00405000700 for the load. Some phones came back fine; others are dead with a blank screen. Has anyone seen this before?

Could you try putting another phone like 7940 in the same port and test if that phone works ,if so may be a hardware failure of 7910 ip phones
