7912 Call Transfer

When attempting to transfer a call using a 7912 if the wrong number is entered there appears to be nothing more you can do. Is there a way to recover and then enter the correct number.

Hi Stuart,

There is a way to get the "Call Transfer" back before releasing if you realise that you have entered the wrong number. Just press the Hold button (not a soft key) that is lit Red during the Transfer process and you will be reconnected to the original call.Then the Call Transfer can be attempted again
