7912 can not make calls sometimes

Sometimes several 7912 are not able to place calls, they receive dial tone but then it seems as if it does not recognize the numbers you dial. It receives calls normally.

The workaround is to change the DN in the configuration, reset the phone and then configure again the right DN....

The only error I have found in the traces is this:

CCM version, Phone load version and call flow.

Analyzing the traces I have found this and I do not know if it is normal:

Although there is no forwarding configured, it appears an • InterceptPattern=9637 (the number dialed) and then:

Is it normal?
