We are using 7960,7940,and 7912 ip phones and we have a problem with some 7912. There are faulty entries in the directory (missed calls, placed calls, received call) if any at all.
For example if there is a missed calls, but user is not able to call the number back as there is no valid phone number in the missed calls directory. It is empty or there are for example eight 0s.
We have never had this problem with 7960 or 7640 connected to the same Callmanager Cluster.
Do you know if there any fix for this problem?
The callmanager version is 4.1.3(sr1).
I think it is something with the firmware of the 7912,try installing the latest firmware from cisco site for the 7912 ip phone.
