7914 Expansion Module and VG248 issues

I'm installing Cisco VG248 and Cisco 7914 Expansion Module, under Device Defaults Page at MCS I've encountered some problems that prohibits the VG248 and 7914 from functioning. The VG248 has no data under Load Information collumn and the 7914 Expansion Module has no data under Phone Template collumn.

I'm using CallManager ver. 3.1(3a) and the Software Version of the VG248 is 1.1(2).

I really appreciate it if someone can give me a solution regarding this issue.

Im not exactly sure what you mean, are you trying to get the VG248 and 7914 to function together???

When setting up a VG248 user you set them up as a VGC phone, you dont actually register the device anywhere, thats all configured in the 248 itself.

The 7914 is selectable when you've setup your 7960 phone, its listed as an expansion module in the phone's settings on CCMAdmin.
