7914 Expansion module phone load?

Hi all:

I'm installing a 7914 expansion module for the first time. I've checked all the docs out and there's nothing to say that there is a specific phone load I need. Let me explain my problem....

When I attempt to transfer or park or even hold a call from a 7960 configured for a 7914, ALL MY IP PHONES RESET!!!Every last one of them. If I perform the same action on a phone that does not have the sidecar configured, everything works as expected. Phone load is the default loaded with 3.1(2c). HELP!!!!

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

CSCdv82533 Call-Manager crashes while processing call transfer

There is our problem. Fixed in CCM 3.1(2c) SPB. I loaded it this afternoon and have not been able to break it yet.

It had nothing to do with the sidecar. thanks
