7914 Expansion Module Problem

Hi,

we have installed 7914 expansion modules to 7960 Ip phones and although we can use the speed-dials the LEDs do not light up green nor red when the line is used. Anyone has any idea?

Do you have the buttons configured as speed-dials or line appearances? If you configure them as shared line appearances, they will indicate flashing-yellow when ringing, and red when in use.

If they are configured as speed-dials, there will not be any color indication.
