7920 + CP-EARBUD-7920-ST

Hi there,

One of my customer claims that his 7920 microphone stops working after he have used a CP-EARBUD-7920-ST. Does the phone disable the internal microphone automaticly when a CP-EARBUD have been used?

Firmware that is in use right now is 2.00.

Hi there,

I have seen this problem also. It's hard to believe but we also connected an earbud to the phone and afterwards when disconnecting the earbud, the microphone no longer worked.

I've checked phone settings etc but the problem WAS physically...

Apparently, if you don't plug in the earbud carefully, you can 'damage' the internal 'work'. Check if this is not the case!!!
