Straight out of the box, the menu on the 7920 allows you to choose a different ring tone, but the actual tone remains the same. Is there anything else that needs to be done, like using the Configuration Utilty, or even on CCM4.2, so that users can actually change the ring tones?

Thanks for the reply.
I have gone thru this document before I posted the query. I am able to navigate thru the menu, go thru the different ring tones, but selecting one does not really change the actual sound. Still looking for answers.
