Hello,
I am using Callmanager 3.3(3) with a 7920 with 1.09 firmware. The phone was working fine after I set it up. Users started to complain about a one way audio problem the next day. The phone recieves voice but does not transmit.
Phone seems to be stuck on mute. Switching back and forth with the mute soft key doesn't resolve the problem. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue. I am not sure how it got resolved. One thing is the phone load of 2.0.1.

i had the same problem. THe AP's usually transmit at 100mW however some phone loads on the 7920 transmit at 20mW by default. Because the receiving signal was strong I could hear but was having difficulty transmitting. Bumped up the transmitting signal strength to 50mW on all the 7920 phones and fixed the problem.

Thanks for the reply. Where do you adjust this setting on the phone or on the access point. I am using o lynksys SRX AP.
