we are running CCM 4.2.3 and use 7921 with firmware CP7921G-1.2.1. On the 7921 Web Page we can not access the field Configurations-phone book. Phone Book error occurs "Access to Phone Book Webpage is not enabled". In Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration the Web Access field, is selected to Full from the drop-down menu.
You might be hitting the bug CSCsl28631.If user enters Phone Book right after phone boots up, phone displays an empty page and it won't update. Wait for about 10 seconds for the phone to boot up and enter Phone Book again. This will solve the issue.
