7925g battery issue

Hi,

 

I have a 7925g that does not recgonize a fully charged battery.  I plug the phone in, after a minute or so it states that the charge is complete.  When I unplug the phone the battery level drops to one red bar and soon it shuts itself off.  I have upgraded to the latest frimware and have confirmed that the battery itself is good.  Had anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions?

Hi Josh,A couple of things

Hi Josh,

A couple of things that can be tried:

1) Use the battery on a different 7925. If the issue follows the battery then get the battery replaced.

2) Use any other known working battery on this 7925. If the issue persists on the phone then the issue is with the phone.
