1. Error Msg "cannot contact the tftp server"
Now DHCP is enabled, and the phone seems to be picking up IP, mask, GW.
2. Ad Vlan ID is empty "should be vlan 10" which I set with the cmd "switchport access vlan 10" on switch
Also there is no value for Main CCM, but the phone is picking up an IP address for Main TFTP server, which is the IP of the Main CCM "10.10.50.5"
When I do a show mac-address on the switch, the port on which the phone is connected has a mac of 0000.0000.0000....not good.
When I delete and re-create the 7935 in CCM, it comes back up with the same ip address in our data network "vlan 2" 10.10.7.22...every time.

The 7935 phone does not negotiate VLANs like the other 79xx phones do. You will need to set the switch-port manually to the voice vlan for the port the 7935 is attached to if you haven't already.
I have done that on the switch port, with the "switchport access vlan 10" cmd
