7935 conference issue

We just setup a new location, and all phones are working well except for the one 7935. The phone is running app load P00503010300. When I try to initiate a conference from this phone I get fast busy. I think the phone is configured the same as other 7935's at different locations. Is there anything that I should look at before trying to upgrade the phone load?

Hello:

Check you Partion and CSS. Sense you can get dial tone that is great sign that it is just not able to access a pattern. Have you tried to call a number that is in the NONE partion. By default any partion can search the NONE partion. That would let you know that you do not have a phone issues. I also suggest that you make sure that it is set as a 7935 and not a 7960. Before the 7035 had support in CCM it was common to configure a station to look like a 7960....
